Shira is a mother of four who understands the joys and challenges of balancing work, pumping, and breastfeeding. Her own experiences navigating motherhood and infant feeding inspired a deep passion for supporting other families during this important stage.

In her role as a Labor and Delivery nurse, Shira brings compassion, knowledge, and a calm presence to the families she cares for. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Shira blends her clinical experience in Labor and Delivery with the perspective of her own motherhood journey. 

She is passionate about helping families feel confident and supported as they navigate their breastfeeding journey, offering practical guidance, encouragement, and individualized care every step of the way.
